摘 要:2-呋喃甲胺、2,5-呋喃二甲胺等呋喃胺类化合物,是功能性很强的含氮精细化学品,一般由糠醛、5-羟甲基糠醛等生物质原料制备。反应过程往往伴随着偶联、呋喃环加氢等副反应,开发高活性、高选择性催化剂是制备的关键。简述了呋喃胺类化合物的制备路线及机理,详细阐述了Ru、Rh、Pd、Ni、Co、化学酶等催化剂对呋喃胺合成反应的性能和影响规律及反应器工程问题。最后,对呋喃胺类化合物在药物合成、环氧树脂固化剂、聚合物、特殊功能型材料等方面的应用进行了举例说明,并提出了呋喃胺类化合物催化制备和应用的发展方向。2-(Aminomethyl)furan,2,5-bis(aminomethyl)furan and other furan amine compounds are highly functional nitrogen-containing fine chemicals,which are generally prepared by bio-based raw materials such as furfura and l,5-hydroxymethylfurfural.The preparation process is usually accompanied by coupling,furan ring hydrogenation and other side reactions,which require the catalyst should has high activity and selectivity.This article briefly describes the preparation route and mechanism of furan amine compounds,and elaborates on the performance and influence rule of Ru,Rh,Pd,Ni,Co,chemical enzymes and other catalysts on the synthesis of furan amine and the problems of reactor engineering.At last,the applications of furan amine compounds in medicine,epoxy resin curing agent,polymers and new functional materials are illustrated with examples,and its development direction of catalyst preparation and application are also proposed.
