摘　　要：本文探讨了门座式起重机(下简称门机)使用带旋转功能的抓具(下简称旋转抓具)从事原木作业,创新采用旋转钩头+液压原木抓具的组合,通过采用液压控制,实现原木抓具360°旋转,门机可以抓取船舱内任意角度、位置的原木货物,免去了舱内挖掘机等其他机械配合作业的过程,可在大大降低舱内作业机械、人员成本的同时有效避免由于舱内人机配合不当造成高空落物等风险。该旋转抓具开闭闸由液压系统控制,门机4根钢丝绳受力平衡,杜绝了旧原木抓斗可能出现单机超负荷的隐患风险。This paper discusses that the gantry crane(hereinafter referred to as gantry crane)uses the gripper with rotation function(hereinafter referred to as rotary gripper)to engage in log operation,innovatively adopts the combination of rotary hook head and hydraulic log gripper,and realizes log gripper 360°through hydraulic control;By rotating,the gantry crane can grasp the logs and goods at any angle and position in the cabin,eliminating the process of cooperative operation of excavators and other machinery in the cabin.While greatly reducing the cost of machinery and personnel in the cabin,it can effectively avoid the risk of falling objects from high altitude due to improper human-machine cooperation in the cabin.The opening and closing of the rotary gripper is controlled by the hydraulic system,and the four steel wire ropes of the gantry crane are balanced,so as to eliminate the hidden danger of single machine overload of the old log grab.
