三大城市群三次产业对城市流强度的影响研究

摘　　要：城市流强度是对城市群内部城市之间的经济联系进行观察和测度的模型,依据此模型对京津冀、长三角和成渝这三大城市群的三次产业产值与城市流强度的关系进行分析,结果表明:三大城市群三次产业产值受自身城市流强度的影响程度均不相同,京津冀城市群第三产业产值对其城市流强度影响最大,成渝城市群第一产业产值对其城市流强度影响最大,长三角城市群第二产业产值和第三产业产值均对其城市流强度影响较大。据此,从城市流视角对三大城市群的产业发展提出相应建议,各城市群要加强其关键节点城市对周围城市的集聚、辐射及带动作用,充分利用关键节点城市的主导作用来推动整个城市群经济的协同发展,同时要提高生产要素的跨城市群流动性,从而实现产业联动发展。The intensity of urban flow is a model to observe and measure the economic relations between cities in urban agglomerations. According to the model, this paper analyzes the relationship between the output value of three industries(primary industry, secondary industry and tertiary industry) and the intensity of urban flow in the three urban agglomerations of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Yangtze River Delta and Chengdu-Chongqing. The results show that: the output value of the tertiary industry of the three urban agglomerations is affected by their own urban flow intensity to different degrees, the output value of the tertiary industry of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration has the greatest impact on its urban flow intensity, the output value of the primary industry of Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration has the greatest impact on its urban flow intensity,and the output value of the secondary industry and the output value of the tertiary industry of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration have a greater impact on its urban flow intensity. Accordingly, this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions for the industrial development of the three urban agglomerations from the perspective of urban flow;each urban agglomeration should strengthen the agglomeration, radiation and driving role of the key node cities to the surrounding cities, and make full use of the leading role of the key node cities to drive the coordinated development of the entire urban agglomeration economy;the inter-city mobility of production factors should also be improved so as to realize the linkage development of industries.
