摘　　要：中国共产党领导的中国统计事业走过了百年发展历程,诚实守信的民族文化基因和实事求是的思想路线形成了统计诚信文化,但利益驱动导致的统计数据造假使统计公信力遭受严重影响。加强党对统计文化建设的领导,坚持以马克思主义理论为指导,突出以人民为中心的价值导向、正确处理古今中外的文化关系,构建诚信文化建设的联动机制,是统计诚信文化建设“外化于形、内化于心、固化于制”的重要举措,对于营造风清气正的统计环境,提高统计数据质量和政府公信力,促进统计事业健康发展有着重要的意义。China’s statistical cause led by the Communist Party of China has gone through a hundred years of development.The national cultural gene of honesty and trustworthiness and the ideological line of seeking truth from facts have formed a statistical integrity culture. However, the falsification of statistical data driven by interests has seriously affected the statistical credibility. Those are important measures for the construction of statistical integrity culture as strengthening the party’s leadership over the construction of statistical culture, adhering to the guidance of Marxist theory, highlighting the people-centered value orientation, correctly handling cultural relations at all times and in all countries, and building a linkage mechanism for the construction of integrity culture, what are also "externalized, internalized and solidified in the system" and of great significance to maintain a positive statistical environment, improve the quality of statistical data and the credibility of the government, as well as promote the healthy development of statistical undertakings.
