我国林业上市企业科技创新、社会责任贡献与持续发展动态关系分析

摘　　要：文中基于我国56家林业上市企业2010−2021年面板数据,从当期和中长期视角实证剖析企业科技创新、社会责任贡献与持续发展的动态关系。结果显示,无论是从当期还是中长期来看,企业科技创新和社会责任贡献对持续发展均具有显著正向影响,至少5年内对企业持续产生正向促进作用。建议政府部门针对不同生命周期林业企业施以差别策略、进一步加大对林业企业的支持力度,以实际应用场景为切入口促进科技成果转化,逐渐完善激励机制和考核机制,将专利授权等情况作为参评专业技术职务评定和晋升的依据。林业企业应强化创新意识,积极履行社会责任,不断提高企业管理水平和知识产权保护及运用能力。Based on the panel data of 56 listed forestry enterprises from 2010 to 2021,this paper empirically analyzes the dynamic relationship between their technological innovation,social responsibility contribution and sustainable development from the current and medium-and long-term perspectives.The results show that the enterprises’technological innovation and social responsibility contribution have a significantly positive impact on sustainable development no matter in current time or medium-and long-term time,and have a positive promoting effect on the enterprise in at least 5 years.It is suggested that government agencies could implement differentiation strategy for forestry enterprises with different life cycles,further increase support for forestry enterprises,promote the technology transfer and commercialization based on actual application scenarios,gradually improve the incentive mechanism and evaluate mechanism,and take patent authorization and other achievements as the basis for professional evaluation and promotion.Forestry enterprises should strengthen their innovation consciousness,actively fulfill social responsibility,and constantly improve their management capacity and their ability to protect and apply intellectual property right.
