摘  要:研制出一种新型退镀工艺用于超硬材料电镀砂轮基体返镀再生。设计退镀速率提升实验,进行配方优化调整,最终明确退镀剂最佳成分配比及其工艺条件。得到的最佳工艺参数:间硝基苯磺酸钠100 g/L,氨基三乙醇230 mL/L,硼砂1 g/L,使用温度70℃~80℃,最佳pH值为10.5。该工艺条件下退镀速率可达13.5μm/h,基体腐蚀深度在2μm以下,实现了砂轮基体的返镀再生。A new type of deplating technology is developed for the replating regeneration of superhard material electroplating grinding wheel substrate. This article designs the deplating efficiency improvement experiment, optimizes and adjusts the formulae. Finally the optimal composition ratio of deplating agent and its process condition has been clarified. The optimal process parameters are obtained as follows, sodium m-nitrobenzenesulfonic acid sodium 100 g/L, aminotriethanol 230 mL/L, borax 1 g/L. The temperature is selected for 70℃-80℃, and optimal pH value is 10.5. Under the process condition, the deplating rate is 13.5 μm/h, and substrate corrosion depth is below 2 μm. It has realized for the replating regeneration of grinding wheel substrate.
