摘 要:固结磨料研磨是近年来应用于光学器件研磨的加工技术,不但大大提高了研磨效率,改善了研磨质量,同时还避免了研磨液中废弃磨料对环境的污染。文章介绍了近年来固结磨料研磨在难加工材料中的应用情况和成果,详细介绍了应用过程中针对的研磨材料特点、研磨抛光方法以及获得的表面质量技术数据等。Fixed abrasive pad grinding is a machining technology applied to optical devices in recent years. It not only greatly improves the grinding efficiency, improves the grinding quality, but also avoids the environmental pollution caused by waste abrasive in the grinding fluid. This paper introduces the application and achievements of fixed abrasive grinding in difficult-to-be-machined materials in recent years, and introduces in detail the characteristics of materials, grinding and polishing methods and surface quality technical data obtained in the application process.
