摘  要:纤维素针织布的纱线在纺纱过程中,由于设备、原料、工艺、环境等不同,导致质量参次不齐,纱线的毛羽不仅影响织造还影响外观,容易起毛起球。染厂最常用的工艺是利用生物酶酵素抛光来提升面料的品质,消费者在水洗过程中,会不停地有毛羽被洗下来。试验得出黏合剂ST309A最佳用量是3%(o.w.f),断裂的毛羽通过黏合剂和交联剂成立体网状薄膜固着在织物表面,此时手感软滑,色牢度、顶破强力及起毛起球性能都有提升。In the spinning process of cellulose knitted fabric yarn,due to different equipment,raw materials,process and environment,the quality parameters were uneven.The hairiness of the yarn not only affected the weaving,but also affected the appearance,which was easy to fuzz and pilling.The most commonly used process in dyeing factories was to use biological enzyme polishing to improve the quality of fabrics.During the washing process,hairy feathers were constantly washed down.The test showed that the optimal dosage of adhesive ST309 A was 3%(o.w.f).The broken hairiness was fixed on the fabric surface into a three-dimensional mesh film through adhesive and crosslinking agent.At this time,hand feel was soft and smooth,the color fastness,bursting strength and pilling performance had been improved.
