摘  要:设计电源控制柜采用两个独立电源,一用一备接入双电源开关组,再由开关组输出电源供应厂房服务器。远程监控模块通过MODBUS通信连接双电源开关及电能表,有效获取开关状态和负载电流值,并通过现场WiFi远程发送数据至云平台。管理人员只需电脑或手机APP即可远程监控服务器状态,即使电源出现故障也能够通过手机短信获取报警消息,及时恢复现场设备,从而实现对服务器负载不间断供电,满足车间工艺生产流程的要求。The designed power control cabinet adopted two independent power supplies,one for use and one for standby,which were connected to the dual power switch group,and then the power output from the switch group was supplied to the server of the plant.The remote monitoring module connected the dual power switch and electric energy meter through Modbus communication to effectively obtain the switch status and load current value,then remotely sent data to the cloud platform through the on-site Wifi connection.Managers can remotely monitor the status of the server only by using the computer or mobile APP.In case of failure,they can also get the alarm message through mobile SMS and recover the on-site equipment in time,so as to realize the uninterrupted power supply to the server load and meet the requirements of the workshop production process.
