摘　　要：文章阐述了江西省种业发展现状,分析了江西省种业发展面临的困境及制约因素,如种质资源保护和利用水平有待提高、现代育种技术应用不足、缺乏长期稳定的财政支持等,并提出了加强种质资源保护和利用、设立育种创新重大科技专项、扶持培育优质种企、推进良种繁育基地建设等促进江西种业高质量发展的对策和建议,以期为江西种业发展提供思路,推进江西现代种业高质量发展。Starting from the development status of the seed industry in Jiangxi Province, the difficulties and constraint factors faced by the seed industry development were analyzed, such as the protection and utilization of germplasm should be improved, seldom of modern breeding technology, and poor of stable long term financial support. Corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward, such as strengthening protection and utilization of germplasm, setting up key breeding innovation scientific research programs, supporting high quality seed industry enterprises, promoting construction of better varieties breeding base. These measures will supply new way for the development of seed industry of Jiangxi Province and promoting high quality development of seed industry.
