加强农业科研院所科技特派员工作的实践与探讨——以安徽省农业科学院为例

摘　　要：农业科研院所选派的科技特派员在促进科技成果转化、带动农民增收、推动地方经济发展等方面具有重要作用。文章以安徽省农业科学院为例,阐述了农业科研院所科技特派员工作的主要成效,剖析了科技特派员工作中存在的主要问题,并针对问题提出了提高选派的精准度、拓展科技服务领域、争取多方资金支持、健全考核激励机制等相关对策建议,以期为农业科研院所做好科技特派员工作提供参考。The science and technology commissioners appointed by the agricultural research institute play an important role in promoting the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements, increasing farmers’ income and promoting local economic development.Taking Anhui Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example, main achievements of science and technology commissioners in agricultural research institutes were expounded in the paper, and main problems existing in the work analyzed. To solve these problems, relevant policy suggestions were proposed, such as improving the accuracy of selection, expanding the field of scientific and technological services, striving for financial support from various parties, and improving the assessment and incentive mechanism. This paper will provide reference for improving work performance of science and technology commissioners in agricultural research institutes.
