摘 要:文章以河北省农林科学院“院市科技合作”为例,系统总结了“院市科技合作”的主要做法,从促进优势产业再升级、推动新兴产业扩规模、打造特色产业新优势、调整传统产业生新机等方面阐述了“院市科技合作”取得的主要成效,并分析了省级农业科研院所在推动农业产业发展中存在的问题,如科研成果与产业需求“错位”、农业产后技术供给不足、农业从业者科技接受能力低等,针对问题提出了相应对策建议,以期为省级农业科研院所支撑引领市域农业高质量发展,有效推进农业产业振兴提供参考。Taking the project of "academy-city cooperation on science and technology" by Hebei Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences as an example, the practical experience in promoting the rapid transformation of agricultural science and technology innovation achievements was systematically summarized in the paper. Main effect of "academy-city cooperation on science and technology" was summarized from upgrading of superior industry, promoting enlarging of emerging industries, creating new advantages of specific industry, and adjusting new opportunity of traditional industry. Problems existing in the promotion of agricultural industry development by provincial agricultural research institutes were analyzed, such as the "mismatch" between scientific research achievements and industrial demand, weak post-harvest scientific and technological support, and poor scientific and technological acceptance of farmers. Countermeasures were put forward in order to provide reference for provincial agricultural research institutes to support and lead the high quality development of municipal agriculture and effectively promote the revitalization of agricultural industry.
