新形势下农业科研单位纪检监察工作的思考

摘　　要：提升纪检监察工作水平是农业科研单位现代化管理的重要组成部分,也是新形势下创新农业科研单位纪检监察工作的必然要求。文章分析了当前农业科研单位纪检监察工作的特殊性和存在的问题,并从机制建立、队伍建设、能力提升、履责精准等方面提出了新形势下加强农业科研单位纪检监察工作的对策建议,以期为农业科研单位纪检监察部门进一步提升工作质效提供参考。Improving the level of discipline inspection and supervision is an important part of the modern management of agricultural research institutes, and also an inevitable requirement for innovating the discipline inspection and supervision of agricultural research institutes under the new situation. In order to provide certain reference for the agricultural research institutes discipline inspection department improving work quality, the particularity of agricultural research institutes discipline inspection work and existing problems were analyzed.Measures for strengthening agricultural research institutes discipline inspection work under the new situation were put forward, such as the supervision mechanism, team construction, skills boost, and perform duties accurately.
