摘 要:目的了解腹泻病人粪便中弓形杆菌菌株的遗传信息,分析其毒力和耐药基因,了解其MLST型别。方法采用双孔滤膜法从腹泻病人粪便中分离弓形杆菌,分离到的菌株进行全基因组测序,对其种属信息、毒力基因、耐药基因和MLST分型进行分析。结果12株弓形杆菌中,布氏弓形杆菌7株,嗜低温弓形杆菌5株,基本含有弓形杆菌属常见的毒力基因,耐药基因中外排泵相关基因占多数,ST型均为新型。结论腹泻病人中分离得到的弓形杆菌毒力基因含量丰富,耐药基因预测结果提示其可能具有一定的耐药性。This study determined genetic information on Arcobacter from patients with diarrhea and analyzed its virulence genes,antibiotic resistance genes and MLST.The double-pore filter membrane technique was used to isolate Arcobacter from patients with diarrhea.The whole genomes of the isolates were sequenced,and the species information,virulence genes,antibiotic resistance genes and MLST were analyzed.Among the 12 strains of Arcobacter,we identified seven strains of A.butzleri and five strains of A.cryaerophilus.All strains contained common Arcobacter virulence genes,and most antibiotic resistance genes were resistance-nodulation-cell division antibiotic efflux pump.The ST types were all new.Arcobacter isolated from patients with diarrhea was rich in virulence genes,and prediction of antibiotic resistance genes suggested that the Arcobacter might have a certain degree of antibiotic resistance.
