摘 要:目的了解武威市棘球蚴病疫情分布状况及流行特点,为因地制宜制定防治策略和措施提供依据。方法收集2005-2020年中国疾病预防控制信息系统报告的武威市棘球蚴病病例数据,使用SPSS 22.0对数据进行描述性统计分析。结果2005-2020年武威市累计报告棘球蚴病病例1038例,年均报告发病率3.15/10万,2008年报告发病率最高(7.90/10万),报告发病率总体呈下降趋势。74.28%的报告病例集中在天祝藏族自治县。各年龄组均有病例报告,最小年龄6岁,最大年龄87岁,平均年龄52.27岁,主要集中在30~69岁年龄段,40~49岁年龄组报告病例数最多,占报告病例数的20.52%。农区女性病例数多于男性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。83.62%的人群职业为农民和牧民。结论武威市棘球蚴病报告病例数呈下降趋势,农民、牧民、30岁以上人群及农区女性为高发人群,藏区天祝县疫情流行仍较严重,武威市各区县自然环境和人文环境差异较大,应采取差异化的防控措施。This study investigated the distribution and epidemiological characteristics of echinococcosis in Wuwei City,to provide a basis for formulating prevention and control strategies and measures according to the local conditions.We obtained data on echinococcosis cases from 2005 to 2020 in Wuwei from the China information system for disease control and prevention,and analyzed them in SPSS 22.0.A total of 1038 cases of echinococcosis were reported in Wuwei from 2005 to 2020,and the annual incidence was 3.15 per 100000 people;the highest incidence was 7.90 per 100000 people in 2008.The incidence of echinococcosis in Wuwei showed a decreasing trend.Most cases(74.28%)were distributed in Tianzhu Tibetan Autonomous County.Cases were reported in all age groups,from 6 to 87 years of age,with an average age of 52.27 years.Most cases were in people 30-69 years old,particularly in the 40-49 range(20.52%).More women than men had echinococcosis in rural areas,and the difference in the sex ratio was statistically significant(P<0.05).Most cases(83.62%)were in farmers and herders.The incidence of echinococcosis in Wuwei showed a decreasing trend.Farmers,herders,people older than 30 years old and women in rural areas were the population at greatest risk.The epidemic of echinococcosis in Tibetan areas remains severe.Because the natural and cultural environments of counties and districts in Wuwei showed substantial differences,differential prevention and control measures should be undertaken.
