摘 要:为了研究变频器供电下水下航行器永磁电机铁心损耗和永磁体损耗大小和温升分布,本文采用有限元法计算了一台120 kW、表贴式永磁电机在正弦波和变频器供电下的损耗。研究了变频器供电时电机各部分损耗的分布规律及不同变频器参数时的损耗,并利用温度场软件对正弦波和变频器供电下绕组及永磁体的温度分布进行仿真。结果表明,变频器供电时,附加损耗主要集中在永磁体上,开关频率增加,附加损耗降低。In order to study the loss and temperature distributions of the core and permanent magnets of permanent magnet motor of underwater vehicle with converter supply,this paper introduces a finite element method to calculate the loss of a 120 kw surface permanent magnet(SPM)motor under both sine wave and converter supply.The loss distribution rule of each part of the SPM motor and the loss at different converter parameters are studied,and the temperature field simulation is performed for temperature distribution of the windings and permanent magnet under both sine wave and converter supply.The results show that the additional loss is mainly concentrated on the permanent magnet,and the additional loss decreases with the increase of switching frequency.
