摘  要:本文从节能效果、排烟污染物减排效果、换热器优化设计提升换热效率和耐腐蚀材料等方面论述了烟气余热取热塔+吸收式热泵的烟气消白节能技术项目的技术经济性,研究发现采用直接喷淋法对燃煤锅炉湿法脱硫后烟气进行直接喷淋换热,换热效率高,有效降低排烟温度,减少排烟污染物含量;换热塔内喷嘴采用旋转对称多层布置,对各层喷嘴的雾化角度、水流量等进行优化设计,有效提高了换热效率;采用耐腐蚀材料组成的余热水侧循环系统,提升了工艺耐腐蚀性,保障系统运行稳定性。项目实施后经论证项目经济性较好,具有较高的推广价值。This paper discusses the technical economy of the flue gas whitening energy-saving technology proj ect of flue gas waste heat extraction tower+absorption heat pump from the aspects of energy-saving effect,emission reduction effect of flue gas pollutants,optimal design of heat exchanger,improving heat exchange efficiency and corrosion-resistant materials.It is found that the direct spray method is used to directly spray and heat exchange the flue gas after wet desulfurization of coal-fired boiler,which has high heat exchange efficiency and effectively reduces the flue gas temperature,Reduce the content of exhaust pollutants;The nozzles in the heat exchange tower are arranged in rotationally symmetric multi-layer,and the atomization angle and water flow of each layer of nozzles are optimized,which effectively improves the heat exchange effciency;The waste heat water side circulation system composed of corrosion-resistant materials improves the corrosion resistance of the process and ensures the stability of the system.After the implementation of the project,it is proved that the project is economic al and has high promotion value.
