摘　　要：目的比较太阳穴静脉抽血联合微火针针刺风池、风府穴治疗瘀阻脑络型血管神经性头痛的效果。方法选取2019年9月至2021年6月于河北省三河市医院就诊的120例瘀阻脑络型血管神经性头痛患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组1、对照组2和治疗组,每组40例。对照组1采用口服盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊配合太阳穴静脉抽血治疗,对照组2采用口服盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊配合微火针针刺风池、风府穴治疗,治疗组在口服盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊的基础上,采用太阳穴静脉抽血联合微火针针刺风池、风府穴治疗。比较三组的降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平及中医疗效。结果治疗后,三组的CGRP水平均低于治疗前,且治疗组的CGRP水平低于对照组1和对照组2,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,三组的Hcy和CRP水平均低于治疗前,且治疗组的Hcy和CRP水平均低于对照组1和对照组2,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组的中医疗效优于对照组1和对照组2,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论太阳穴静脉抽血联合微火针针刺风池、风府穴治疗瘀阻脑络型血管神经性头痛的效果显著,能够缓解患者的血管神经性头痛症状。Objective To compare the effect of taiyang point venous blood draw combined with micro fire needle acupuncture at fēngchíand fēngfǔpoints in the treatment of angioneurotic headache with blood stasis blocking cerebral collaterals type.Methods A total of 120 patients with angioneurotic headache with blood stasis blocking cerebral collaterals type in Sanhe Hospital of Hebei Province from September 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group one,control group two and treatment group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Control group one was treated with oral Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules combined with taiyang point venous blood draw,control group two was treated with oral Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules combined with micro fire needle acupuncture at fēngchíand fēngfǔpoints,the treatment group was treated with taiyang point venous blood draw combined with micro fire needle acupuncture at fēngchíand fēngfǔpoints on the basis of oral administration of Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules.The levels of calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP),C-reactive protein(CRP),homocysteine(Hcy)and the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine were compared among the three groups.Results After treatment,the CGRP levels of the three groups were lower than those before treatment,and the CGRP level of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group one and the control group two,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of Hcy and CRP of the three groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of Hcy and CRP in the treatment group were lower than those in control group one and control group two,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment group was better than that in the control group one and the control group two,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.0
