摘　　要：IgA肾病的治疗是世界研究难题。上海市名中医、我国中西医结合肾病学科奠基人陈以平教授认为IgA肾病的发生及发展与三焦关系密切,提出“斡旋三焦,分而治之”的治疗大法。其治法的秘要在于疏通三焦气血,临证看重和解少阳和益气活血等法。同时,在IgA肾病的不同阶段,其提出合理运用宣肺利咽、健脾化湿、清热利湿等法有侧重点地把治疗目标放在上、中、下三焦的不同部位,分消三焦弥漫之邪毒。陈教授创方选药、中西合璧、膏方序贯,调三焦熄“肾风”,积累了丰富的临床经验,疗效卓著。The treatment of IgA nephropathy is a research problem in the world.Professor Chen Yiping,a famous traditional Chinese medicine in Shanghai and the founder of the nephrology discipline of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in China,believes that the occurrence and development of IgA nephropathy are closely related to the sanjiao,and puts forward the treatment method of“woxuan sanjiao,divide and rule”.The secret of its treatment lies in dredging the qi and blood of the sanjiao,and the clinical syndrome attaches importance to the methods of reconciling shaoyang and benefiting qi for activating blood circulation.At the same time,in the different stages of IgA nephropathy,he proposed to apply reasonable methods such as dispersing the lung and relieving throat disorder,invigorating spleen for eliminating dampness,clearing heat and promoting diuresis to focus therapeutic goal on the different parts of the upper,middle and lower sanjiao,and eliminate the diffuse evil poison of the sanjiao.Professor Chen has accumulated rich clinical experience and outstanding curative effect by creating prescription and selecting drugs,combining Chinese and western ingredients,and paste prescription in sequence,and regulating the sanjiao and quenching“the kidney wind”.
