摘　　要：目的探讨新型冠状病毒疫情防控期间,献血者的招募策略及对其实施效果进行评价。方法通过采取多渠道、全方位宣传;开展预约献血工作;电话招募献血者;发动乡镇宣传招募;开展安全有效的团体献血五项招募策略,收集2020年2月至2020年5月各月献血者分布情况、血液采集情况及临床供应量,并就团体献血一次献血300 mL、400 mL的占比与2018年及2019年同期相比较。结果采取上述五种策略后,2020年2月至5月间招募献血者占总采血人数的42.50%,血液采集量为7657.5U,临床供应量为6948.5U,血液采集量大于临床供应量,能够保障临床用血;并且同时保障了献血者及工作人员的安全。结论上述招募策略安全有效,并能够有利于持续完善《应急采供血预案》,为今后再次面对持续时间长的公共卫生事件保障临床用血提供帮助。Objective To explore the recruitment strategy of blood donors and evaluate its implementation effect during the novel coronavirus prevention and control.Methods By adopting multi-channel and all-round propaganda,carrying out blood donation appointment,recruiting blood donors by telephone,initiating publicity and recruitment in villages and towns,carrying out five recruitment strategies of safe and effective group blood donation,collecting blood donors from February 2020 to May 2020 The distribution,blood collection and clinical supply were compared with those of the same period in 2018 and 2019.Results After the above five strategies were adopted,42.50%of the total blood donors were recruited from February to May 2020,the blood collection volume was 7657.5u,the clinical supply volume was 6948.5u,the blood collection volume was larger than the clinical supply volu me,which could guarantee the clinical use of blood and the safety of blood donors and staff.Conclusion The above recruitment strategies is safe and effective,and can be conducive to the continuous improvement of the emergency blood collection and supply plan,and provide help for the future face of long-lasting public health events to ensure the clinical use of blood.
