摘　　要：分析了6m焦炉炉顶低压氨水管道泄露原因,详细制定了低压氨水管道整体更换方案及具体施工措施。在焦炉不停产的情况下,成功实施了低压氨水管道的整体更换。解决了低压氨水管道泄露问题,避免了因氨水供应不足造成的环境污染,降低了日常维修成本。Make an analysis on the leakage reason of low pressure ammonia water pipeline of 6m coke oven top.The plan of whole replacement of low pressure ammonia water pipeline and specific construction measures are worked out in detail.The whole replacement was successfully carried out without coke oven shutdown.The leakage problem of low pressure ammonia water pipeline is solved.Environmental pollution caused by insufficient ammonia water supply is avoided,and daily maintenance cost is reduced.
