摘　　要：介绍了液压柱塞泵结构,分析了液压柱塞泵三个磨损阶段的特点。设计了液压柱塞泵磨损预警装置,阐述了液压柱塞泵磨损预警装置工作原理及其应用效果,为冶金企业及其它工业领域的柱塞泵精细维护提供了有效方法。Introduce the structure of the hydraulic piston pump.Make an analysis on the characteristics of three wear stages of the hydraulic piston pump.A wear warning device for the hydraulic piston pump is designed.The working principle and application effects of the wear warning device is described.It provides an effective method for fine maintenance of hydraulic piston pump in metallurgical enterprises and other industrial fields.
