摘　　要：介绍了一种由182系列多路控制阀控制的软水再生器,经过创新设计,将其升级改造为由6个普通电磁隔膜阀控制的新式软水再生器。升级改造后,使老旧废弃设备恢复了功能,各项指标达到或超过设备原设计指标,可维护性大幅提升,确保了加热炉安全连续运行,降低了设备费用。A new type of soft water regenerator controlled by 182 series multi-way control valve is introduced.Through innovation design,it is upgraded and modified into a new type of soft water regener ator controlled by six common electromagnetic diaphragm valves.After upgrading,the old abandoned equipment has been restored to function,and each reaches or exceeds the index of original design.And maintainability is greatly improved.The safe and continuous operation of the heating furnace is ensured,and equipment cost is reduced.
