摘  要:目的 探讨轻度雄激素性秃发患者毛囊超声图像表现特征及其临床应用价值,为临床诊断及评价疗效提供客观依据。方法 回顾性分析39例临床诊断轻度雄激素性秃发患者及23例正常对照组颞区头皮毛囊超声二维图像、真皮层超声弹性及毛囊周围彩色血流动力学变化特征。结果 两组患者颞区头皮表、真皮厚度,感兴趣区毛囊数目,最大毛囊的面积,平均毛囊面积,真皮层弹性变化及毛囊周围动脉收缩期峰值流速及动脉的阻力指数之间的差异,均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 超声能显示轻度雄激素性秃发患者毛囊形态、组织学及周围血管血流动力学变化,它不仅可作为临床诊断雄激素性秃发的有效手段,而且能作为激励患者坚持治疗、临床无创评估疗效的重要手段。Objective To study the sonographic characteristics and clinical value of hair follicles in mild androgenic alopecia by super high-frequency sonography and to provide the objective basis for clinical diagnosis and evaluation of treatment. Methods A total of 39 patients diagnosed mild androgenic alopecia and 23 normal controls who all had been examined by super sonography in the temporal region were retrospectively analyzed. The dermal thickness, the number of hair follicles, the largest hair follicle area, the average hair follicle area, the ratio of dermal elasticity, the peak systolic velocity of the artery and resistance index were recorded. Results There were significant differences between the two groups in the results of temporal region, such as dermal thickness, number of hair follicles, area of the largest hair follicle, average hair follicle area, the dermal elasticity, peak systolic velocity and resistance index(P<0.01). Conclusions Super ultrasound can show the changes of hair follicle morphology and its peripheral vascular hemodynamics in patients with mild androgenic alopecia. It can be used as an important means for clinical diagnosis and evaluation of the therapeutic effect of androgenic alopecia.
