摘 要:生产富甲烷燃气的流化床煤分级热解气化工艺是实现煤炭低碳高效利用的重要途径。明确不同级数旋风分离器返回循环物料的物理化学演变行为对返料区域和位置的选择至关重要。本文采用多种近现代表征手段对煤炭分级热解气化工艺三级循环物料的物理化学演化特性进行了详细研究。结果显示:随分离级数增加循环物料的颗粒尺寸逐级减小,颗粒更规则、均匀,半焦颗粒被富集,循环物料的微孔表面积和孔容增加、平均孔径减小,半焦的石墨化程度越低,燃烧/气化反应性越高。循环物料中无机矿相主要为石英、方解石和绿泥石,并随分离级数增加逐渐减少。一级、二级和三级循环物料应分别返回气化炉底部燃烧区、中部气化区和中上部热裂解反应区。Staged pyrolysis gasification process for methane-rich syngas production is an important way to realize low carbon and efficient utilization of coals. It is very important to determine the physical and chemical evolution behavior of materials returned by cyclones with different stages.In this paper, the physicochemical evolution characteristics of three-stage circulating materials in staged pyrolysis gasification process were studied in detail by using a variety of analytical tools.The results show that: with the increase of separation order, the particle size of recycle material decreases, the particles are more regular and uniform, the char particles are enriched, the micropore surface area and pore volume of recycle material increase, the average pore size decreases, and the lower the graphitization degree of char, the higher the combustion/gasification reactivity. Quartz,calcite and chlorite are the main inorganic minerals in the circulating materials, and they decrease with the increase of separation order. The first, second, and third-stages of circulating materials should be returned to the bottom combustion area, gasification reaction area in the middle of the gasifier, and upper part of cracking zone, respectively.
