摘 要:加压富氧环境下煤粉的着火燃烧特性研究,对于工业锅炉和燃烧器的安全与稳定运行具有十分重要的指导意义。本文基于加压携带流式反应器,通过宏观与微观拍摄相结合的方式,对神府煤在0.1~0.5 MPa加压富氧环境下的着火与燃烧特性进行了研究。结果表明:加压下挥发分着火延后但燃尽加快,且在挥发分燃烧后期火焰呈现不规则形态,促进了焦炭的着火;加压下更低的氧扩散率抑制了焦炭的燃尽。The study on ignition and combustion characteristics of pulverized coal under pressurized oxy-fuel conditions is very important for the safety and stability in the operation of the industrial boilers. Based on a pressurized entrained-flow reactor, the ignition and combustion characteristics of Shenfu coal under 0.1~0.5 MPa oxy-fuel conditions were studied by combining macroscopic and microscopic photography. The results show that the ignition of volatiles is delayed but the combustion is accelerated under pressurized atmosphere, and the volatile flame appears irregular shape at the later stage, which promotes the ignition of coal char. Furthermore, the lower mass-transfer coefficient of oxygen under elevated pressure inhibits the burnout of char.
