摘  要:对加氢装置换热系统中典型的2种设备(换热器和空冷器)发生的腐蚀情况进行讨论,从实验研究、机理研究、数值模拟3个方面综述了空冷器的铵盐腐蚀研究进展,空冷器和换热器关于机理研究的方法类似,可以互相比较运用。换热器的结晶预测研究仍存在不足,且动态结晶过程研究较少,有待持续深入研究,保障安全生产。The corrosion situation happened at heat exchanger and air cooler,two typical types of equipment in the heat exchange system of hydrogenation unit,is discussed.Research progress on ammonium salt-caused corrosion to air cooler is comprehensively described from three aspects:experimental research,mechanism research and numerical simulation.The methods for mechanism research about air cooler and heat exchanger are similar,which can be compared and applied to each other.However,there are still some deficiencies in the research on the crystallization prediction for heat exchangers,and the research on the dynamic crystallization process is less,which needs to be continued and in-depth research to ensure the safety of production.
