摘　　要：1990年由韩凯等医师发起的“母亲微笑行动”公益慈善活动,自开展以来已义诊3万余例先天性唇腭裂贫困患儿,随着改革开放不断发展,响应新时期卫生与健康工作方针,“母亲微笑行动”的实践卓有成效并进入加速期。更多的高水平医师加入志愿者团队,不断总结经验,通过修复手术改善贫困患儿生理、心理状况,不忘初心为全面推进健康中国建设,为祖国医疗慈善事业不断实践奉献,充分展现了整形外科医师的大医精神与医者使命。A summary and prospect of"Operation Smile".In 1990,the public welfare charity activity of"Operation Smile"was initiated by Dr.Han Kai and other doctors,and it has provided free clinics for more than 30000 poor children with congenital cleft lip and palate since its launch.With the continuous development of reform and open policy,and in response to the hygiene and health policy in the new period,the practice of"Operation Smile"has been fruitful and entered an accelerated period.More high-level doctors joined our volunteer team to improve the physical and psychological conditions of poor children through well-experienced repair surgery.We shall always remain true to the original aspiration to contribute to the medical charity of our motherland continuously.
