摘　　要：根据双色注射成型特点,以某款双色手机外壳为例,以第一射平均体积收缩率、第二射平均体积收缩率及总翘曲变形量为评价质量的指标,结合Taguchi实验设计和CAE模拟分析获取样本数据,并引入熵值权重法确定各评价质量指标的权重,并且结合TOPSIS法得到综合评价指标,利用极差分析与方差分析方法得到显著性影响因素为第一射熔体温度、第二射熔体温度、第一射保压压力和第二射保压压力,采用中心复合设计(CCD)对显著性影响的4个因素进行了实验规划,建立了显著性影响因素与综合评价指标的二阶响应曲面模型,根据响应曲面二阶回归方程得到综合评价指标的最佳工艺参数组合进行试生产,得到了高质量的双色手机外壳。According to the characteristics of dichromatic injection molding,taking the case of a dichromatic mobile phone case as an example,the average volume shrinkage rate of the first injection,the average volume shrinkage rate of the second injection and the total warpage deformation were taken as the indexes to evaluate the quality,combined with Taguchi experimental design and CAE simulation analysis,the sample data were obtained,and the entropy weight method was introduced to determine the weight of each evaluation quality index,and TOPSIS method was used to obtain the comprehensive evaluation index,by using Range Analysis and variance analysis to get the significant influence factor were the first injection melt temperature,the second injection melt temperature,the first injection holding pressure and the second injection holding pressure,the central composite design(CCD)was used to make the experimental programming for the four factors of the significant influence,the second-order response surface model of significant influencing factors and comprehensive evaluation index was established,according to the second-order regression equation of response surface,the optimal process parameters of synthetic evaluation index were obtained,and the high-quality two-color mobile phone case was obtained.
