摘 要:为优化饮水机出水口开关注塑模具的冷却水路,提高注塑质量及效率,利用Moldflow进行模流分析,采用4因素4水平的正交试验,研究熔体温度、模具温度、注射时间及冷却时间4个注塑参数对缩痕和体积收缩率的影响,并且得到最优注塑参数组合。结果表明,当熔体温度T_(熔体)=160℃、模具温度为T_(模具)=98℃、注射时间t_(注射)=8 s、冷却时间t_(冷却)=40 s时,注塑效果最佳,产品缩痕为0.0036 mm,体积收缩率为3.015%。在最优注塑参数组合下,结合研究对象设计了随形冷却方案和传统直线冷却方案,通过对比分析可知,随形冷却方案注塑成型时间缩短了50.87%,塑件的总变形量减少了69.5%,因此,与传统直线冷却方案相比,随形冷却方案的冷却能力、注塑效率及注塑质量均得到显著提升。In order to optimize the cooling channels of the injection mold for the water outlet switch of the water dispenser,and improve the quality and efficiency of injection molding,Moldflow was used to analyze the mold flow,and the orthogonal test of 4 factors and 4 levels was used to explore the melt temperature,mold temperature,injection time and cooling time.The influence of three injection parameters on sink marks and volume shrinkage,and the optimal combination of injection parameters was obtained.The results showed that when the melt temperature T_(melt)=160℃,the mold temperature was T_(mold)=98℃,the injection time_(injection)=8 s,and the cooling time_(cooling)=40 s,the injection molding effect was the best,and the product shrinkage mark was 0.0036 mm,the volume shrinkage rate was 3.015%.Under the optimal injection parameter combination,a conformal cooling scheme and a traditional linear cooling scheme were designed for the research object.The comparative analysis showed that the conformal cooling scheme shortens the injection molding time by 50.87%and reduces all the effect deformations of the plastic part by 69.5%,so the conformal cooling scheme.Its cooling capacity was better than the traditional linear cooling scheme,and the injection efficiency and injection quality were significantly improved.
