摘  要:为了提高压滤机滤板聚丙烯材料的性能,采用质量分数为10%~40%、粒径分别为33、10、6μm的碳酸钙填充聚丙烯,利用双螺杆挤出机熔融共混挤出制备了聚丙烯/CaCO_(3)复合材料。研究了CaCO_(3)添加量及粒径对复合材料力学性能和结晶性能的影响。结果表明,填充CaCO_(3)能够提高聚丙烯/CaCO_(3)复合材料的拉伸模量;随着填充量的增加,材料的拉伸模量升高,40%6μm CaCO_(3)填充的聚丙烯/CaCO_(3)的拉伸模量为PP基体的1.7倍;当CaCO_(3)的粒径分别为33、10μm时,聚丙烯/CaCO_(3)的拉伸强度和冲击强度明显降低;当粒径为6μm的CaCO_(3)的填充量较小时,聚丙烯的拉伸强度和冲击韧性均显著提升,并且冲击强度随CaCO_(3)填充量的增加而提高;当添加量为10%时,聚丙烯/CaCO_(3)的拉伸强度较高。另外,当填充较细粒径6μm的CaCO_(3)时,聚丙烯能在更高温度下结晶。In order to improve the performance of polypropylene material for filter plate of filter press,polypropylene/CaCO_(3) composite was prepared by melt blending extrusion with 10%~40%polypropylene filled with calcium carbonate of 33,10 and 6μm,respectively.The effects of CaCO_(3) addition amount and particle size on mechanical properties and crystallization properties of composite were studied.The results showed that CaCO_(3) could improve the tensile modulus of polypropylene/CaCO_(3) composite;with the increase of filling amount,the tensile modulus of the material increases,the tensile modulus of 40%6μm CaCO_(3) filled polypropylene/CaCO_(3) was 1.7 times that of the polypropylene matrix;when the particle size of CaCO_(3) is 33μm and 10μm,the tensile strength and impact strength of polypropylene/CaCO_(3) decrease obviously;the tensile strength and impact toughness of polypropylene with fine particle size of 6μm CaCO_(3) were also improved at low filling amount,and the impact strength increased with the increase of CaCO_(3) filling amount,when the filling amount was 10%,the tensile strength of polypropylene/CaCO_(3) was higher.It was also found that filling with CaCO_(3) with a fine particle size of 6μm made polypropylene crystallize at a higher temperature.
