摘 要:基于贻贝黏附仿生原理,采用氧化/自聚的方法将多巴胺包覆到玻璃纤维表面,研究了不同浓度多巴胺改性的玻璃纤维对尼龙6树脂的增强效果,并与传统的γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷偶联剂(KH550)改性的玻璃纤维进行了对比。结果表明,多巴胺改性玻璃纤维/尼龙6复合材料的力学性能随多巴胺包覆含量增大呈先提高而后减小的趋势。其中,浓度为1 mg/mL的多巴胺溶液改性的玻璃纤维/尼龙6复合材料的力学性能最佳(拉伸强度和缺口冲击强度分别为127.5 MPa和9.3 kJ/m^(2)),优于KH550改性的玻璃纤维/尼龙6复合材料的力学性能,并且多巴胺改性玻璃纤维的过程不会产生挥发性有机化合物(VOC),是一种绿色环保的改性方法。According to the biomimetic principle of mussel adhesion,dopamine was coated on the surface of glass fiber by oxidation/self-polymerization method.The reinforcement effect of glass fiber modified with different concentrations of dopamine solution on nylon 6 resin was studied by mechanical properties,SEM analysis etc.Meanwhile,the above results were also compared with the glass fiber modified with traditionalγ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane coupling agent(KH550).The results showed that the mechanical properties of dopamine modified glass fiber/nylon 6 composite first increased and then decreased with the increase of dopamine coating content.Among them,the 1 mg/mL dopamine solution modified glass fiber/nylon 6 composite exhibited the optimal mechanical properties(tensile strength and notched impact strength reached 127.5 MPa and 9.3 kJ/m^(2),respectively),which was better than KH550 modified glass fiber/nylon 6 composite.The process of dopamine modified glass fiber did not produce volatile organic compounds(VOC),which was a green and environmentally modification method.
