摘  要:以PVC/LDPE复合硬片及其单层PVC硬片、LDPE薄膜为对象,研究^(60)Co-γ辐照(伽玛辐照)对材料色度、水蒸气透过量(WVT)、紫外-可见光透过率、傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)、拉伸强度、断裂伸长率及差示扫描量热法(DSC)分析结果的影响。结果表明,伽玛辐照后的PVC、PVC/LDPE分别呈现变暗、变红、变黄的趋势,色差变化较大,而LDPE的颜色无明显变化;LDPE经辐照后,WVT无显著变化;PVC经辐照后,WVT显著上升;辐照后的LDPE透光率有所下降,PVC、PVC/LDPE在波长275 nm以上时的透光率明显下降,大于30 kGy的伽玛射线辐照可使440 nm和623 nm处的吸收峰消失;高强度伽玛辐照可使3种材料的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率显著下降;FTIR结果显示,PVC/LDPE辐照前后分子结构无变化;DSC结果显示,辐照对LDPE、PVC的热性能无明显影响。The effects of ^(60)Co-γ irradiation(gamma irradiation) on the chroma, water vapor transmission(WVT), UV-vis light transmission, Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) spectroscopy, tensile strength, elongation at break and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) analysis results of PVC/LDPE composite hard sheet as well as of single PVC hard sheet and LDPE film were investigated. The results showed that after gamma irradiation, the color difference of PVC and PVC/LDPE showed a tendency of turning dark, red and yellow, while the color of LDPE had no obvious change. WVT of LDPE did not change significantly after irradiation, but WVT of PVC increased significantly after irradiation. After irradiation, the light transmittance of LDPE decreased slightly, the light transmittance of PVC and PVC/LDPE decreased significantly at wavelengths above 275 nm, and the absorption peaks at 440 nm and 623 nm disappeared after gamma irradiation above 30 kGy. The tensile strength and elongation at break were significantly reduced by high intensity gamma irradiation. FTIR results showed that the PVC/LDPE had no change on molecular level before and after irradiation, and DSC results showed that irradiation had no significant effect on the thermal properties of LDPE and PVC.
