摘 要:基材是影响柔性阻隔性封装薄膜性能的重要因素,系统地对比了较常用的基材聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯(PEN)、全氟乙烯丙烯共聚物(FEP)和可熔融聚四氟乙烯(PFA)4种薄膜的透光性、水蒸气透过率、热稳定性、力学性能以及表面浸润性。研究发现,与聚酯型PET和PEN薄膜相比,氟树脂FEP和PFA薄膜透光性较好,其值可达95%;玻璃化转变温度更高,热稳定性优异,另外,温度和相对湿度的增加对氟树脂影响更低,氟树脂PFA和FEP对水增强的阻隔性更好。氟树脂表面憎水,采用等离子体对其进行改性能提高表面含氧官能团含量,在不显著影响水蒸气透光率的同时,提高了其界面浸润性。综合水蒸气透过率、透光性以及热稳定性等,FEP的综合性能优异。Substrate material was one of the most important factors impacting the properties of flexible barrier film.The light transmission rate,water vapor transmission rate(WVTR),heat stability,mechanical properties and surface properties of PET,PEN,FEP and PFA were compared.It was found that,compared with PET and PEN,the fluororesins FEP and PFA had higher light transmission rate(about 95%),higher glass transition temperature(T_(g))and better stability.The effect of increase in relative humidity and testing temperature on the WVTR of PFA and FEP was lower than those of PET and PEN.For FEP and PFA,after plasma modification,the water contact angle changed from 98.1°and 97.8°to 87°and 81.9°respectively,and the WVTR barely changed.Overall,FEP had a good comprehensive property.
