摘  要:与其他复合材料相比,原位成纤复合材料的性能较好,应用较广泛,近年来,受到了大家的广泛关注。另外,增强相的选择对复合材料的性能的影响较大,并且,以TP(热塑性聚合物)作为增强相制备复合材料的工艺技术对发展原位成纤技术十分重要。文章介绍了几种制备原位成纤复合材料的加工技术,包括熔融挤出-热拉伸-淬冷法、熔融挤出-冷拉伸-退火法、微纳叠层共挤技术法、多级拉伸法、熔融纺丝法等,同时介绍了各自不同的作用机理,重点介绍了熔融纺丝技术在原位成纤领域中的运用,最后,对原位成纤制备技术的发展前景进行了展望。In situ fiber forming composite have better properties than ordinary composite and are widely used.In recent years,they have been widely concerned.Moreover,the selection of reinforcing phase has a great influence on the properties of composite,and it is very important for the development of in-situ fiber forming technology to prepare composite with TP(thermoplastic polymer)as reinforcing phase.Several different processing techniques for preparing in-situ fiber composite are introduced,including melt extruding-hot extension-quenching,melt extruding-cold extension-annealing,micro-nano lamination co-extrusion,multistage stretching,melt spinning,etc.,and the different mechanisms are also introduced.The application of melt spinning technology in the field of in-situ fiber forming is introduced,and the development prospect of insitu fiber forming technology is prospected.
