摘  要:聚己二酸对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBAT)是一种可生物降解的高分子材料,具有良好的断裂伸长率和耐热性,适用于农用地膜、包装材料、医疗卫生等领域,但是,PBAT的成本较高,熔体强度较低,成膜稳定性较差。将PBAT与聚乳酸(PLA)、聚碳酸亚丙酯(PPC)和聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)等可降解材料以及淀粉、木质素等天然高分子材料进行熔融改性,不仅能够改善PBAT的缺点,还能保证复合材料的生物降解性能,提升复合材料的综合性能,满足不同领域对生物降解薄膜性能的要求。Poly(butylene adipate terephthalate)(PBAT) is a biodegradable polymer material, both the elongation at break and heat resistance are better, which is suitable for agricultural mulching film, packaging materials, medical and health fields. However, the cost is higher,the melt strength is lower and the film-forming stability is worse. The melt modification of PBAT with degradable materials such as polylactic acid(PLA), polypropylene carbonate(PPC) and polybutylene succinate(PBS) and natural polymer materials such as starch and lignin can not only improve the weakness of PBAT, but also ensure the biodegradability of the composite materials, enhance the comprehensive properties of the composite materials, and the requirements of different fields for the performance of biodegradable films will be met.
