摘　　要：麦司卡林是美洲一种仙人球的成分,属于传统致幻剂中的一种,滥用历史可追溯到史前时代,可令人产生幻觉、精神混乱甚至威胁生命。麦司卡林滥用的事件较以往有所增加,对公众健康和安全构成巨大威胁。本文综述了麦司卡林药理毒理、体内代谢,生物检材及体外检材的多种前处理方法和分析方法,以期为法庭科学中涉及麦司卡林的案件提供依据。Mescaline is a component of cactus in the Americas, which is one of the traditional hallucinogens.The history of its abuse can be traced back to prehistoric era. It can cause hallucinations, mental confusion and even lifethreatening. Incidents of abuse of mescaline have increased compared with the past, posing a huge threat to public health and safety. Combined with recent studies, in this paper, the pharmacology, toxicology and metabolism of mescaline, a variety of pretreatment and analysis methods related to mescaline in vivo and in vitro test materials were reviewed, in order to provide the basis for cases involving mescaline in forensic science.
