摘 要:生物经济已根植于当前能源、运输和工业的深远转型之中,国家《“十四五”生物经济发展规划》把生物农业和生物质替代应用列为优先重点发展领域。推动2060年前实现碳中和目标,促进生物经济高质量发展,要树立“大食物观”,依靠自主技术创新,重点构建生物食源与生物能源“双源”产业体系。利用我国7.2亿亩可开发边际土地,调整种植结构,可生产满足2.4亿头肉奶牛需求的粗饲料和2亿吨乙醇,创造2800万个工作机会,从而帮助解决“就业”“饭碗”“能源”问题。Bioeconomy has been rooted in the far-reaching transformation of the energy,transportation and industrial sectors,and the 14th Five-Year Plan for Bioeconomic Development has listed bioagriculture and biomass alternative applications as priority areas for development.To promote the achievement of the carbon neutrality target by 2060 and the high-quality development of the bioeconomy,we should establish a "big food concept",rely on independent technological innovation,and focus on building a "dual source" industry of biofood and bioenergy.Using 720 million mu of exploitable marginal land in China and adjusting the planting structure,we can produce roughage to meet the needs of 240 million cows,200 million tons of ethanol,and create 28 million jobs,that will help to solve the problems of unemployment,food security and energy shortage.
