摘　　要：主要介绍了一种汽车喷涂高彩度红内外板色差的解决方法。通过采用内板喷涂外板第一层色漆材料与红清漆叠加实现内板高彩度红颜色效果,并确定清漆中红色浆浓度为2.5%能有效消除内外板色差,为同行在汽车涂装新颜色开发时提供思路。the solutions of chromatic aberration between inner and outer of bodywork covered with high-chroma red color coatings were introduced. In order to eliminate chromatic aberration, the high-chroma red color coatings of inner bodywork was formed by two colored layers, the first color paint of outer bodywork and transparent varnish with addition of 2.5% pigment printing ink red. It’s an innovation of spraying process for peers to develop new colors in the field of automobile painting technology.
