摘 要:目的 了解2017—2021学年扬州市中小学生因病缺课的流行特征,为制定有效的预防措施提供科学依据。方法 采用描述性流行病学方法,分析2017—2021学年扬州市中小学生因病缺课数据,运用χ^(2)检验比较不同学年、性别、地区中小学生因病缺课率的差异。结果 2017—2021学年扬州市中小学生因病缺课率为0.208%,不同学年差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=324 463.489,P<0.001)。每学年中小学生因病缺课出现2个高峰,主要集中在3月和12月。男生缺课率与女生缺课率比较,两组之间的差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5 573.002,P<0.001),且男生高于女生。2017—2021学年不同地区因病缺课率差异均具有统计学意义(χ^(2)值分别为695.229、1 090.112、5 777.914、3 749.839、5 178.429,P值均<0.001)。结论 2017—2021学年扬州市中小学生因病缺课率总体呈上升趋势。中小学生在秋冬和冬春交替的季节更易生病,应多关注天气变化,提高警惕。男生是因病缺课的重点关注人群。ObjectiveTo realize the epidemiological characteristics of students’ absence due to illness among primary and secondary school students in Yangzhou City during the period of 2017-2021 academic years, so as to provide scientific evidences for making effective prevention measures.Methods analyze the data of school absences due to illness among primary and secondary school students in Yangzhou City during the period of 2017-2021 academic years. Chi-square test was used to compare the school absences due to illness among/between different academic years, genders, and regions.Results absenteeism rate of primary and secondary school students due to illness in Yangzhou City was 0.208%, with statistically significant differences among different academic years(χ^(2)= 324 463.489, P < 0.001). There were two peaks of absence due to illness in primary and secondary school students in each academic year, mainly in March and December. The difference between boys’ absence rate and girls’ absence rate was statistically significant(χ^(2)= 5 573.002, P < 0.001), and the boys’ were higher than the girls’. During the period of 2017-2021 academic years, the differences of absenteeism rates among different regions were statistically significant(χ^(2)= 695.229, 1 090.112, 5 777.914, 3 749.839, 5 178.429, all P <0.001).Conclusions been on the rise during the period of 2017-2021 academic years. Primary and secondary school students are more likely toget sick at the turns of autumn and winter, and of winter and spring. The primary and secondary school students should paymore attention to weather changes and be vigilant. Among them, boy students are the focus groups who are absent fromschool due to illness.
