摘 要:目的 分析2010—2020北京市石景山区麻疹的流行病学特征,为制定麻疹防控策略提供科学依据。方法 采用描述流行病学方法对2010—2020年北京市石景山区麻疹发病资料进行分析。结果 2010—2020年石景山区累计报告麻疹246例,平均发病率为3.76/10万,全年均有发病,以3—6月为发病高峰,占73.17%。发病人群主要集中在2岁以下儿童以及>20~40岁青壮年人群,病例主要集中在外来人口集中的地区;报告病例中有明确免疫史的占14.63%;病例发病前7~21天有就诊史的占45.53%。结论 石景山区麻疹发病维持在较低水平,加强免疫规划人群的疫苗接种,提高流动人口免疫覆盖率,同时加强健康教育是目前防控麻疹的重点。Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of measles in Shijingshan District of Beijingfrom 2010 to 2020, and provide a scientific evidence for the control and elimination of measles.MethodsDescriptionepidemiological methods were used to analyze the epidemic data of measles in Shijingshan District of Beijing from 2010 to2020.ResultsA total of 246 cases of measles were reported in Shijingshan District from 2010 to 2020, and the averageincidence was 3.24 per 100 000. The measles cases were mainly found during March to June, accounting for 73.17% of totalcases. Most of measles cases were children aged <5 y and adults aged >20-40 y, and the cases mainly concentrated on thesub-district with more migrant population. Of the 246 cases of measles, 14.63%(36 cases) had been immunized with at leastone dose of measles vaccine, and 45.53%(112 cases) had visited the hospital.ConclusionThe descriptive characteristicsof measles suggested that factors included children and youth, migrant population, and nosocomial infections might be relateto measles prevention More efforts were need to ensure susceptible population had accepted qualified measles vaccination.
