深圳市某学校初中生自杀相关行为影响因素的研究

摘　　要：目的 了解中学生自杀相关行为发生率及影响因素,为中学生自杀相关行为的防治与干预提供参考。方法 采用自编的一般情况调查表及儿童青少年心理健康量表(MHS-CA)、DSM-5一级跨界症状量表(DSM5-L1CCSM)、青少年生活事件量表(ASLEC)、儿童期创伤问卷(CTQ)对深圳市某学校914名初中生进行相关评估,进一步分析结果。结果 该校18.9%的初中学生两周内存在自杀企图,20.9%曾有过自杀经历。二分类logistic回归分析显示,意志行为(OR=0.923,95%CI:0.868~0.981)、儿童期躯体虐待(OR=1.977,95%CI:1.076~3.630)、物质滥用(OR=4.148,95%CI:2.898~5.939)可能是初中生自杀企图的独立影响因素;同时,意志行为(OR=0.898,95%CI:0.844~0.955)、童年期躯体虐待(OR=2.409,95%CI:1.313~4.421)、物质滥用(OR=4.991,95%CI:3.475~7.170)也是初中生自杀经历的独立影响因素。结论 该校中学生自杀相关行为发生率较高,学生的心理健康状态、精神行为症状、童年创伤经历、生活事件等因素影响自杀相关行为的发生。Objective To understand the incidence and influencing factors of suicide related behaviors among middle school students, so as to provide references for the prevention and intervention of suicide related behaviors among middle school students.Methods A total of 914 middle school students in a school in Shenzhen City were assessed with the self-made general situation questionnaire, the mental health scale for children and adolescents(MHS-CA), DSM-5 first level cross border symptom scale(DSM-5L1CCSM), adolescent life events scale(ASLEC), childhood trauma questionnaire(CTQ), and the results were further analyzed.Results Totally 18.9% of the junior middle school students had attempted suicide within two weeks, and 20.9% had ever committed suicide. Binary logistic regression analysis showed that will and behavior(OR = 0.923, 95%CI: 0.868-0.981), childhood physical abuse(OR = 1.977, 95%CI: 1.076-3.630), and substance abuse(OR = 4.148, 95%CI: 2.898-5.939) may be the independent influencing factors of suicide attempts in middle school students. At the same time, will and behavior(OR = 0.898, 95%CI: 0.844-0.955), childhood physical abuse(OR = 2.409,95%CI: 1.313-4.421) and substance abuse(OR = 4.991, 95%CI: 3.475-7.170) were also independent influencing factors of middle school students’ suicide experiences.Conclusion The incidence of suicide related behaviors among middle school students in this school is high. The occurrence of suicide related behaviors is affected by the students’ mental health status,mental behavior symptoms, childhood trauma experience, life events and other factors.
