不同蛋白源对蓝狐营养物质消化和碳氮平衡的影响

摘　　要：蓝狐具有典型的食肉特征,对蛋白需要量较高.动物性饲料营养全面、利用率高,是蓝狐的优质饲料,但由于其成本高,影响养殖业的效益.适当添加植物性饲料,在不影响蓝狐生长的前提下可降低生产成本,提高蓝狐养殖业的经济效益.本试验选择健康蓝狐24只,随机分为4组(分别为A、B、C、D),每组6只,试验动物饲喂4种日粮,分别以玉米加工副产品、豆粕、鱼粉以及这3种蛋白饲料的混合物为主要蛋白源,观察不同日粮对生长期蓝狐体增重和日粮营养物质消化率及碳氮平衡的影响.结果表明:试验D组蓝狐末重、增重及平均日增重均显著高于其他组(P<0.05);试验D组蓝狐干物质消化率显著高于试验A组(P<0.05),试验D组蓝狐粗蛋白消化率与试验C组差异不明显(P>0.05);试验D组蓝狐的碳和氮平衡量均显著高于A、B组(P<0.05).结果显示,混合料对蓝狐的生长性能较好,且成本较鱼粉低.Arctic fox has typical carnivorous characteristics and its protein requirement is high.Animal origin feed has high nutritional value,good utilization rate,but high cost.Therefore,plant feeds can be appropriately added to reduce production costs.In this experiment,24 healthy arctic foxes were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups(A,B,C,D)with 6 animals in each group.The experimental animals were fed 4 diets consisted of corn processing by-products,soybean meal,fish meal,and the mixture of three protein feeds as the main protein source,and the effects of different diets on the dietary nutrient digestion and carbon and nitrogen balances of the growing arctic fox were observed.The results showed that the final weight,weight gain and average daily weight gain of animals of group D were significantly higher than the other groups(P<0.05).The dry matter digestibility of arctic fox in group D was significantly higher than that in group A(P<0.05),and the crude protein digestibility of arctic fox in group D was not significantly different from that in group C(P>0.05).Carbon and nitrogen balance of the arctic fox in group D were significantly higher than that of groups A and B(P<0.05).The results showed that the mixture had beter growth performance for arctic foxes,and the cost was cheaper than fish meal.
