摘 要:为研究以硅藻土作为饲料添加剂对雄性乌苏里貉生长性能、代谢及有害物质排放的影响,选择健康雄性乌苏里貉24只,随机分为4组,每组6只,分别为试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组和对照组.各组分别饲喂添加1%、2%、3%和0%硅藻土的基础日粮.结果表明:乌苏里貉增重,试验Ⅲ组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);乌苏里貉粗蛋白消化率,对照组与各试验组无显著差异(P>0.05);NH_(3)、H_(2)S、CH_(4)等有害气体排放,各试验组均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);血液中抗氧化指标,对照组与各试验组无显著差异(P>0.05).说明硅藻土作为乌苏里貉饲料添加剂是可行的,在促进乌苏里貉生长的同时,还对其有害气体排放有明显抑制作用,能够起到保护环境的作用.The purpose of this study was to study the effects of diatomaceous earth(DE)as an additive on the growth performance,metabolism and harmful substances emission of male raccoon dogs.Twenty four healthy male raccoon dogs were chosen and randomly divided into four groups,Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and control groups,six in each group.Animals in groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and control were fed basal diet supplemented with 1%,2%,3%and 0%of DE,respectively.The results showed that weight gain in group Ⅲ were significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),digestibilities of crude protein did not differ significantly among treatments(P>0.05).The emission of NH_(3),H_(2)S,CH_(4) and other harmful gases in each test group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Antioxidant in the blood in control group did not differ significantly with experimental groups(P>0.05).This indicates that it is feasible to use DE as feed additive for raccoon dog for promotion of growth.It also has obvious inhibitory effect on the harmful gas emission of animals to play a role in protecting the environment.
