摘　　要：存活素(Surivivin)具有调控细胞有丝分裂和抑制细胞凋亡的双重生物学功能,为研究Surivivin在雌性小尾寒羊繁殖机能调控方面的影响,采用RT-PCR技术检测Survivin基因在2,6,12月龄的小尾寒羊子宫与输卵管中的表达水平.结果表明:Survivin基因在2月龄和6月龄的小尾寒羊子宫上的表达量均显著高于在同龄输卵管上的表达量(P<0.05),分别是同龄输卵管上表达量的2.52倍和6.04倍;Survivin基因在小尾寒羊子宫上的表达量以6月龄为最高,显著高于2月龄和12月龄(P<0.05),但2月龄与12月龄间无显著差异性(P>0.05);Survivin基因在小尾寒羊输卵管上的表达量以12月龄为最高,显著高于其余2个月龄(P<0.05),2月龄和6月龄的输卵管上的Survivin表达量无显著差异(P>0.05).Surivivin possesses dual biological functions in regulating cell mitosis and inhibiting cell apoptosis.In this study,the expression level of survivin gene in the uterus and oviduct of 2,6 and 12 month old small tail Han sheep was detected by RT-PCR to investigate the effect of survivin on the regulation of reproductive function in female small tail Han sheep.The results showed that the expression levels of survivin gene in the uterus of 2 and 6 month old sheep weres significantly higher than that in the oviduct of the same age(P<0.05),2.52 and 6.04 times higher than that in the oviduct of the same age,respectively.The expression level of survivin gene in the uterus of 6 month old sheep was significantly higher than that of 2 and 12 month old sheep(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between 2 and 12 month old sheep(P>0.05).The expression level of survivin gene in the oviduct of 12 month old sheep was significantly higher than that of 2 and 6 month old sheep(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between 2 and 6 month old sheep(P>0.05).
