摘  要:肝脏的脂肪沉积在现在生活中很普遍,随着脂肪含量的增多,它可以对肝脏的代谢、功能造成一定的影响。对于脂肪肝的判定通常由超声、CT检查作出判断,但有一定的局限性,其中肝脏穿刺活检作为评价脂肪肝金标准,但因它的有创性限制了广泛运用。随着脂肪肝的盛行,对于脂肪肝肝脏脂肪含量的测定显得尤为重要,现代影像技术的发展,对早期评估肝脏脂肪含量成为可能,部分影像技术已运用于临床。早期准确的评估肝脏脂肪含量,对今后的治疗与治疗的监测具有重要意义;并且可以很直观的显示肝脏脂肪含量,进一步警示大家关爱肝脏,警惕肝脏脂肪沉积,有助于提高大家的健康意识。本文通过瞬时弹性成像、能谱CT、QCT、MRS、Dixon序列、DKI、QSM在肝脏脂肪含量的运用进展予以综述。Liver fat deposition is very common in life.With the increase of fat content,which can have a certain impact on liver metabolism and function.The diagnosis of fatty liver is usually made by ultrasound and CT examination,but it has some limitations,in which,liver biopsy is the gold standard for the evaluation of fatty liver,but its invasive nature limits its application.With the prevalence of fatty liver,it is particularly important to determine the fat content of fatty liver.With the development of modern imaging technology,it is possible to evaluate the fat content of liver in the early stage.Some imaging techniques have been used in clinical practice,and early and accurate assessment of liver fat content is of great significance for future treatment and treatment monitoring,which can intuitively display the fat content of the liver,further warn you to care for the liver and be alert to liver fat deposition,which will help to improve your health awareness.This article reviews the application progress of transient elastography,energy spectrum CT,QCT,MRS,Dixon sequence,DKI and QSM in detecting liver fat content.
