摘　　要：目的针对当前改良留置针固定方法在婴幼儿输液治疗中对患儿舒适度、医患关系以及家属满意度的影响研究开展深入分析,判断其在婴幼儿输液治疗上的临床价值。方法选取2019年12月至2020年12月收治的需要行输液治疗100例设为研究对象,遵从分配原则,将参与研究的需要行输液治疗的患儿分配到参照组和研究组,每组50例。研究组给予改良留置针固定方法;参照组给予常规留置针固定方法。结果参照组的患儿舒适度低于研究组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。参照组的医患关系量表评分低于研究组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。参照组的家属满意度低于研究组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良留置针固定方法取得了更为理的临床结局,适用于需要行输液治疗的患儿,大面积使用可以改善患儿的输液治疗效果。Objective To investigate the effects of improving indwelling needle fixation method on the comfort degree of patients,and doctor-patient relationship as well as family satisfaction in infants undergoing infusion therapy.Methods One hundred patients who needed infusion therapy in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into control group and research group,with 50 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated by conventional indwelling needle fixation,however,those in research group were treated by improved indwelling needle fixation.Results The comfort levels of patients in control group were significantly lower than those in research group(P<0.05).And doctor-patient relationship scale scores in control group were significantly lower than those in research group(P<0.05).Moreover the satisfaction degree of family members in control group was significantly lower than that in research group(P<0.05).Conclusion The improved indwelling needle fixation method can improve the clinical outcome of patients,which can improve the quality of infusion therapy.
