摘　　要：真武汤是治疗肝肾阳虚型腹水的基础方剂,临床多用于治疗肝源性腹水、肾源性腹水和癌性腹水等。众多学者对真武汤治疗腹水进行多方探索,但仍存在以下不足:①临床观察试验设计不合理,样本过少,导致可信度较差;②临床多采用中西医结合的治疗模式,缺乏对真武汤特异性、直观性的疗效评价;③大多数腹水患者病情危重,病情复杂,病情变化较快,导致依从性不佳;④中药煎煮方法不统一,未能全部使用颗粒剂,尚缺乏统一的药物标准。今后,可运用中医理论,并结合现代医学对真武汤进行多学科、多领域研究,建立既有中医特色又有现代医学支持的诊疗方案,为腹水的治疗提供新的方法和思路。True Warrior Decoction is a basic formula for the treatment of ascites of liver-kidney yang deficiency type.It is mostly used to treat liver derived ascites,nephrogenic ascites and cancerous ascites in clinical practice.Many scholars have explored the treatment of ascites with True Warrior Decoction,but there are still the following limitations:①The design of clinical observation test is unreasonable,and the samples are too few,resulting in poor reliability;②The clinical treatment mode of integrated tradi-tional Chinese and Western medicine is mostly used,and there is a lack of specific and intuitive efficacy evaluation of True Warrior Decoction;③Most patients with ascites are in critical condition,complicated condition and rapid change of condition,resulting in poor compliance;④The decoction method of Chinese medicinals is not unified,and the granules are not used completely,and there is still a lack of unified drug standards.In the future,it is necessary to apply the theory of TCM and combine modern medi-cine to conduct multi-disciplinary and multi-field research on True Warrior Decoction,and establish a diagnosis and treatment plan with both TCM and modern medical support,so as to provide new methods and ideas for the treatment of ascites.
