摘　　要：刘志龙教授认为,慢性糜烂性胃炎多见湿热阻滞胃肠之证,宜以消积导滞、清利湿热为主,临证常用枳实导滞丸加减治疗。枳实导滞丸由《金匮要略》泻心汤、枳术汤、泽泻汤相合再加茯苓、神曲而成。用泻心汤清热,枳术汤、泽泻汤祛湿,加神曲、茯苓消积导滞,助肠胃运化。运用枳实导滞丸时,常由丸改汤,称之为枳实导滞汤,此方重在消积下滞,且药量较小,注重因势利导,即后世所谓“轻法频下”,无论是糜烂性胃炎实证、虚证、虚实夹杂证皆可化裁用之。Professor Liu Zhi-long believes that chronic erosive gastritis often has the syndrome of dampness and heat blocking the stomach and intestine.He emphasizes that the six fu organs are used for dredging,and the treatment is mainly to eliminate accumu-lation and guide stagnation,clear away dampness and heat,so Immature Bitter Orange Stagnation-Moving Pill is often used to treat clinical syndromes.Immature Bitter Orange Stagnation-Moving Pill is composed of Heart-Draining Decoction combined with Imma-ture Bitter Orange and Atractylodes Macrocephala Decoction in Synopsis of the Golden Chamber,together with Fuling(Poria)and Shenqu(Massa Fermentata Medicinalis).Heart-Draining Decoction can be used to clear away heat.Immature Bitter Orange and Atractylodes Macrocephala Decoction and Rhizoma Alismatis Decoction can be used to dispel dampness,while Shenqu and Fuling can be used to eliminate accumulation and guide stagnation,and help intestine and stomach transport and transform.When using Immature Bitter Orange Stagnation-Moving Pill,Professor Liu often changes from pill to decoction,which is called Immature Bitter Orange Stagnation-Moving Decoction.This formula focuses on eliminating accumulation and stagnation,and the dosage is slight.It pays attention to making good use of the situation,that is,the so-called"light method and frequent purgation"in later generations.Whether it is erosive gastritis excess syndrome,deficiency syndrome,deficiency and excess syndrome in complexity of chronic ero-sive gastritis,this method can be all used,so as to achieve the purpose of"dredging six fu organs and eliminating diseases".
