摘　　要：王瑞霞教授认为,早发性卵巢功能不全基本病机以肾阴亏虚为本,肝郁血瘀为标,应从肾虚肝郁论治,以补肾滋阴为本,兼以疏肝活血,临证时常用八六五合方辨证论治,八六五合方由八珍汤、六味地黄丸及五子衍宗丸三方组合而成,诸药合用,可改善激素水平、保护卵巢功能,恢复月经周期的阴阳转化,促进阴阳消长平衡。此外,在药物治疗的同时应重视精神调养,给予患者心理疏导,可延缓疾病的进展,改善患者临床症状。Professor Wang Rui-xia believes that the basic pathogenesis of premature ovarian insufficiency is based on kidney yin deficiency as root cause and liver depression and blood stasis as manifestations.It should be treated based on kidney deficiency and liver depression,tonifying kidney and nourishing yin,and soothing the liver and activating blood circulation.In clinical practice,Eight-Six-Five Combination Formula is commonly used for syndrome differentiation and treatment,which is a combination of Eight-Gem Decoction,Six-Ingredient Rehmannia Pill and Five-Seed Progeny Pill.The combined use of all drugs can improve hormone levels,protect ovarian function,and restore the yin-yang transformation of menstrual cycle,promote the balance of yin and yang.In addition,it is also necessary to pay attention to mental recuperation and give psychological counseling to patients at the same time,which can delay the progress of the disease and improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
